African disability strategy under consideration

MDAC sent its comments to the Secretariat of the African Decade of Persons with Disabilities in order to contribute to a meeting which starts today and concludes Friday in Johannesburg, South Africa, where delegates will discuss the pros and cons of developing an African Continental Disability Strategy.
